We understand that not every purchase is right, so we've made returns as easy as possible. If you wish to apply for a return please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. When you contact us please provide the product name, date of purchase and the order number.
We will only accept the return of a product if it is unused, undamaged, its packaging is intact, and you request the return within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs and ensure the safe return of the product to us.
If 14 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 - 7 business days.
We are only able to offer refunds not exchanges. If a product is defective or damaged we will refund the original cost of the product and we will also refund the shipping costs for its return to us.
To request a refund for a defective or damaged product please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. When you contact us please provide the product name, date of purchase and the order number. If 14 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase and provide the product name, date of purchase, order number and the reason for the return. When returning the item please include the packing slip (if you still have it) that came with the order and indicate the reason for the return.
